The best dinner on the property—regional Baja California cuisine with organic local ingredients, oceanfront setting. Sea bass on red pepper purée and the molten lava cake are the signature dishes. Reservation required; book on day of arrival for that evening. 6 PM–10 PM, smart casual to resort elegant.

Mediterranean with Mexican Flavors, Gourmet Wellness
The main all-day restaurant. Buffet breakfast and Sunday brunch (7:30 AM–1:30 PM), à la carte for lunch and dinner. Mediterranean and Mexican fusion with wellness-oriented and gourmet options. Reservation required for dinner. The Sunday Champagne Brunch is consistently the most-praised meal at the resort.

Sushi and Seafood

Dinner directly on the beach, under torches. International theme nights (Mexican, seafood, mixed) rotate through the week. No reservation required—first-come, first-served. The most atmospheric setting on the property; the beach-and-fire combination makes it worth a visit even when the menu isn't your preference.

Reservation required for wine pairing. The lounge is the practical test of whether The Towers upgrade is worth it—guests who use it daily find it invaluable for the spirits selection alone.

24 hours, à la carte. Fully included in the all-inclusive plan. In-room dining with Pacific Ocean views is one of the more legitimate uses of room service at an all-inclusive—the setting justifies it.
Steakhouse
Located at the Quivira Golf Club, not on the resort grounds. Surcharge applies—not covered by the all-inclusive plan. Upscale prime cuts and excellent views over the course and sea. Kids under 16 not permitted. Worth the extra cost for a special evening if the steakhouse format appeals; otherwise Peninsula covers the elevated dinner need without the surcharge.
