Seven restaurants total, five serving a la carte dinner options. The main buffet (El Patio) covers all three meals and is the default fallback. Reservations are required at two venues — make them on arrival day. Colonial Club guests get preferential booking access, which is one of the more practical perks of that section. The LandShark Brewery-style bar is the late-night drinking option; it stays open after other venues close.
