The six à la carte dinner venues (Fresco, Anaya, Ouzo, Provence, Oliva, Kos) require reservations via the resort app or WhatsApp concierge — open your reservation window early, especially in summer. Flavors buffet has no reservation requirement. The Dine Out programme grants complimentary credits at partner tavernas in Kefalos; concierge handles bookings and can arrange transport.

Italian à la carte with menus designed by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini. Known for house-made pasta and elevated secondi using fresh Aegean-area produce. Reservation required. One of the harder tables to get — don't leave booking to the last minute. Terrace dining at sunset is the best experience.

Asian Fusion
Asian fusion restaurant with menus by chefs Thiou and Katsu. Tom Yum Kung and miso-marinated salmon are signature dishes. Consistently high demand — book as early as your window allows. Indoor setting; more intimate than the sea-view restaurants.

Contemporary Greek
Contemporary Greek cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou, served al fresco with Aegean views. Best choice for guests who want specifically Greek cooking rather than international menus. Reservation required.

French (Provencal cuisine)
Provençal French cuisine with menus designed by Michelin-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec. Classic French technique applied to Mediterranean produce. The quietest and most formal of the à la carte restaurants. Reservation required.

Spanish
Spanish tapas and mains from two-Michelin-star chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. Relaxed poolside setting — the most casual of the à la carte restaurants. Slightly lower reservation demand than Fresco or Anaya; useful as a fallback.

Mediterranean with Asian and Latin American influences
Exclusive to Deluxe Collection guests for breakfast and lunch. À la carte dinner menu open to all with reservation. Sea views. If not booked into Deluxe Collection, this restaurant is inaccessible for two of the three daily meals.

Local Kos Island Cuisine / Contemporary Greek
Casual restaurant focused on Kos Island dishes — koftas, moussaka, regional specialties. Lower reservation demand than the celebrity-chef venues. Good fallback option when other restaurants are fully booked.
