366 sq ft. Garden-facing courtyard view. Large double bed, balcony, rain shower. The entry level — book this if budget is the priority and you don't expect to spend time in the room during daylight.
Balcony/Terrace
484 sq ft. Queen bed plus lounge sofa, balcony or terrace. Generous space for the junior suite category. View varies by floor and position — not guaranteed to be scenic.
Sea View
484 sq ft. Same footprint as the standard junior suite but with a sea-facing terrace. Worth the premium — the Indian Ocean view from the terrace is the main visual payoff of staying at a Nungwi property.
Resort
969 sq ft (approximately 90 m²). King bed, living room with sofa, dressing room, hydromassage bathtub in addition to rain shower. No private pool but significantly more space and luxury than any suite category.
Balcony/Terrace
980 sq ft (approximately 91 m²). King bed, double sofa-bed, balcony or terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing. The sunbed terrace distinguishes this from the villa without hydro tub — better for those who want outdoor space over bathroom amenities.
Resort
980 sq ft. Same as the standard suite but with a spa bath added. Spa bath and rain shower make this the most relaxation-focused room without private pool access.
Ocean
1,100 sq ft. Premium sea views, seating area, full lounge, dressing room. Up to six guests. The best value for couples or small groups who want spectacular views and space without paying for a private pool.
Garden/Resort
1,345 sq ft (approximately 125 m²). King bed, living room sofa, private swimming pool with sun loungers, dressing room. The most private accommodation on property. Garden-facing rather than oceanfront, but the exclusivity of a personal pool compensates.
