Gourmet Fusion
Flagship dinner restaurant — fully à la carte gourmet fusion with Cape Verdean-influenced dishes. The seafood options are particularly notable given the island context. Two sittings (7–8:30pm and 9–10:30pm). Reservation required. Gentlemen must wear long trousers and no sleeveless shirts.
