The Gourmet Marché buffet handles breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is the most reliable fallback. Book the C/X chef's table and Zen on day one — those are the hardest to get.

Open kitchen steakhouse, included, dinner only. Premium cuts are the focus. One of the more popular à la carte venues — arrive at 6 PM opening to avoid waits. No reservation needed but gets crowded by 7 PM.

Teppanyaki & Sushi Bar / Asian
Teppanyaki and sushi bar, included, dinner only. The teppanyaki performance is what guests come for. Walk-in technically, but in practice it fills fast — ask your butler (if Diamond Club) to secure early seating, or go on arrival evening before word spreads.

West Indies and Caribbean cuisine, included, dinners. Authentic local dishes with a gourmet lean. The best option for tasting Jamaica-specific food within the resort setting.
