Adults-only venues (Dorado, Armadillo, Calypso, Martini Mix Bar, Aquarius) run evenings only. Book Zen teppanyaki on day one. All other specialty restaurants are walk-in but require arriving at or before opening. The Jerk Hut at the beach is the best casual lunch for genuine Jamaican cooking.

Asian fusion, included, dinner only, walk-in. Overlaps with Zen in concept but without teppanyaki. A reasonable backup when Zen is fully booked.
