The most romantic dinner on property. Private open-air beachside cabanas (palapas) with candlelight. Daily-changing à la carte menu — fresh catch of the day, island-style goat curry, and corn meal-crusted chicken with mango and spinach stuffing are recurring highlights. Book a dinner cabana the moment you check in — they fill for the week within the first day. Breakfast and lunch also served, more informally.

Candlelit beachfront setting near Shell Bay. Casually elegant dress code: long trousers for men October through May, tailored shorts in summer. Advance reservation essential — this is the celebration dinner option.
