Dining Guide for Fuerteventura Princess

The resort has two main restaurants and three bars in the standard all-inclusive configuration, plus exclusive access to Mirador Restaurant and Coral Chill Out Bar for Esencia guests. The Food Market handles buffet for all guests from early breakfast through dinner. Siroco handles poolside lunch. Mirador is the stand-out venue — à la carte with themed dinners (Asian, French) and an ocean-view terrace, but it requires reservations and is restricted to Esencia guests only. A new restaurant, Choza, opens June 2026. Evening dress code for restaurants requires long trousers and sleeved shirts for men — no beachwear.
