Most a la carte dinner rooms are walk-in on the live inventory and in guest guides. The clear exception is teppanyaki at Spice (official teppanyaki window 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm). Reserve that interactive table on arrival via Guest Experience or the Excellence app, then freestyle Chez Isabelle, Basmati, Barcelona, Lobster House, The Grill, Flavor Market, and Agave.
Official Flavors pages commonly list dinner 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Chez Isabelle, Basmati, Spice, Magna, Lobster House, The Grill, Agave). Prefer those clocks over older live tags that ran to 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm. Official Bars clocks worth saving: Martini 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, Prelude 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Blue 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Aroma 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Revive 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Club Lounge 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Non-Club guests still get Chez Isabelle, Basmati, Barcelona, Spice, Lobster House, The Grill, Flavor Market, Toscana/Oregano path, Agave, Kitchen Table, Las Olas, and the public bars. Excellence Club adds Magna breakfast and dinner, Club Lounge Bar 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Cielo when it is open. If you are weighing the upgrade, Magna is the clearest food differentiator.
Mexico lobster closed season runs March 1 to June 30 (official Lobster House and Magna pages). Official Agave page notes the Agave menu may temporarily be served at Oregano during enhancements.
