At check-in or in the Excellence app, lock Kanpai interactive stations, La Cava if you want the cellar pairing, Whisper if you want the speakeasy, The Grill Smokehouse prime rib, and Agave Comal. Everything else is mostly walk-in. Club guests should still confirm Magna / Zenith alternating nights and Whisper priority on arrival night.
Casual Elegance (long dress pants and collared shirt for men) applies at Raíces, Chez Isabelle, Spice, Magna dinner, and Zenith dinner. Regular Casual covers Kanpai, The Grill, Milo, Oregano dinner, Agave, and Lobster House dinner. Daytime beach, pool, Las Olas, Típico, and The Kitchen Table stay casual. Non-Club guests still get Raíces, Chez Isabelle, Spice, Kanpai, The Grill, Lobster House, Milo, Oregano, Agave, Kitchen Table, Las Olas, and Típico. Club adds Magna and Zenith (often alternating), Club Lounge Bar 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Club pool bars, Whisper priority, and upgraded room service. If you are debating the upgrade, Magna and Zenith are the clearest food differentiators.
Treat official Flavors clocks (many dinners 6:00 to 10:00 pm; Lobster House lunch 12:30 to 3:00 pm) as the baseline, then reconfirm in the Excellence app because seasonal changes may apply without prior notice.
