One of the most comprehensive included activity programs in the Riviera Maya. Fitness center, yoga, spinning, pilates, tai-chi, meditation, salsa lessons, cooking classes, tequila and mezcal tastings, archery, rifle range, bicycling, catamaran snorkel tour, and greenhouse and ranch tours — all included. Swimming Pools
The primary social hub. Swim-up bar access, entertainment programs during the day. Busiest from 11am–4pm. Large enough that you can find a quieter area even when it's popular.
One of the few natural saltwater pools at any Riviera Maya all-inclusive. Different texture and feel from the standard freshwater pools. Quieter than the main pool. Worth seeking out.
Pool adjacent to the Fuentes Culinary Theatre area. Less crowded than the main pool on non-show days.
Near the La Isla restaurant. Aquatic setting that complements the seafood restaurant adjacent to it.
Quiet Pool (behind Main Pool's swim-up bar)
The place to go when the main pool is too loud. No music, no organized activities. Loungers available even in the afternoon. Ask the concierge for directions — it's not labeled on all maps.
Spot Pool (near Sensimar section)
Calmer pool near the premium room section. Quieter atmosphere.
Pool by the Health Bar (near Premium Room section)
Small pool adjacent to the Health Bar. Good for a quick dip during the lunch hour.
Full-circuit lazy river flowing through the resort grounds. Longer than most all-inclusive lazy rivers — takes 20+ minutes to complete a circuit. Bring a cup holder float; guests use them consistently.
Beaches
Caribbean beachfront with white sand and turquoise water. Visually attractive but functionally limited by the artificial reef concrete blocks near the shoreline — ocean entry requires water shoes and careful wading. Staff actively manage the beach, but the underwater structure is permanent. The catamaran snorkel tour provides open-water access without the entry issue.
