The resort originally opened in March 2020, then temporarily re-opened in July 2020 following a brief closure due to the global pandemic. As a relatively new property, it has not undergone any major renovations since its inauguration. Its modern design and compact, walkable layout are notable. The resort is conveniently located approximately 22-23 miles (35-38 km) from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), with a typical drive time of 30 to 50 minutes.
