Located on the hotel's second floor. Large outdoor pool divided between adult and children's sections. 9am–8pm. Multiple reviews note the pool feels too small during busy periods — peak season and weekends are the most congested times.

Direct beachfront access to Bocagrande's main city beach. Grey-toned sand (not white like Playa Blanca) with moderate waves — generally suitable for swimming with typical wave heights under 1 meter.
