Rating8.0Four restaurants serve the resort, all included in the package with reservations required for the three specialty venues. Yoichi handles the volume as the all-day buffet. The specialty restaurants — The Ebisu (sushi), The Kaen (yakiniku), and The Ogon (hot pot) — are dinner-only and require advance booking. Evening demand for the specialties exceeds capacity; book your preferred nights on arrival day. The main bar, Yotei Bar, runs unlimited beverages throughout the day.

Asian Hot Pot
The communal hot pot restaurant using Otaru seafood (prawns, scallops, fish) and Hokkaido meats as the primary ingredients, simmering in seasoned broths at the table. Reservation required — this is the most popular of the three specialty venues for families. Walk-ins rarely find seats. The format naturally slows down the meal, making it the right choice for a longer, social evening.
Signature dishes: Fresh Otaru seafood hot pots, Hokkaido meat and vegetable hot pots
Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ)
Table-side yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) with quality beef cuts, fresh seafood, and Hokkaido vegetables you grill yourself over a built-in grill. The beef quality is the differentiator here — premium local cuts are noticeably better than the standard buffet proteins. Reservation required for dinner service. Go early in your stay so you can rebook if you want it again.
Signature dishes: Quality beef Yakiniku, Fresh seafood Yakiniku, Hokkaido vegetable Yakiniku
Sushi
Sushi and Japanese izakaya in a more refined setting than the other specialty venues. Fresh sushi selection with sake and shochu pairings available. The best choice for guests who want a quieter, slower dinner — the yakiniku and hot pot formats generate more noise and movement. Reservation required.
Signature dishes: Artisan sushi selection, Local sake and shochu pairings
International, Japanese, French, Asian fusion
The main all-day buffet restaurant, spread across four themed dining rooms and recognized in Travel + Leisure's It List 2024. Breakfast through dinner, with live cooking stations covering Hokkaido specialties — fresh seafood, Zuwai crab legs at select service times, lobster bisque, and local dairy. The quality at the live stations significantly exceeds standard buffet expectations. No reservation needed, but the dinner rush from 7–8 PM fills every dining room.
Signature dishes: Local Hokkaido delicacies, Fresh seafood selection, Gourmet French-inspired dishes
Bar menu (snacks and beverages)
The social center of the resort, running from morning through late evening. Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included — local Hokkaido beers, sake, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Light snacks available throughout. This is where après-ski converges; expect it to be the liveliest spot from 4–7 PM.
Continental breakfast, All-day dining
Continental breakfast room service is included for all room categories. Guests in Deluxe rooms and Suites get all-day dining menu room service included. Standard guests ordering outside of the continental breakfast window will incur a charge.
