Suites (592 sq ft) are the luxury tier with a separate living room, furnished terrace, and exclusive services. All room types include a furnished balcony. The Summer 2025 renovation covers Villagio rooms specifically — verify which buildings are renovated at time of booking.
Garden
269–301 sq ft. Garden view. White bungalow setting among pine and palm trees. Furnished balcony, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, kettle, hairdryer, shower, mini-fridge. Sleeps up to 3. Entry-level category. The garden surroundings create a more natural ambiance than rooms facing the pool or road.
Sea side
269–301 sq ft. Sea-side views. Same size and amenities as the garden Superior, but positioned to hear and partly see the sea from the private balcony. The upgrade reason is the ambient coastal sound and partial sea outlook — meaningful for guests who specifically want ocean-adjacent rooms.
Sea or Garden
592 sq ft. Sea or garden view. Split-level duplex design: adults' space upstairs, dedicated downstairs lounge area for children with additional sleeping arrangements. Furnished balcony, lounge area, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, non-alcoholic minibar, iron and ironing board, bathrobe and slippers. Sleeps up to 4. The practical family option: the duplex layout separates adult and child space without requiring two separate rooms.
Sea side
592 sq ft. Sea views. Separate bedroom and a large living room. Furnished terrace overlooking the Aegean. Premium Wi-Fi, espresso machine, daily-refilled non-alcoholic minibar, bathrobe and slippers, continental breakfast room service, turndown service. Sleeps up to 2. The dedicated adult luxury option — premium service package and the resort's best sea views.
