Rating8.0The activity program is genuinely comprehensive and represents significant included value compared to booking activities independently in Bali. Flying trapeze, archery, kayaking, sailing, Balinese cooking and dance lessons, and a 6-hole golf practice course (lessons and range access included; full rounds of golf off-property at extra charge) are all included. Kids' Clubs for ages 4–17 are included. Baby Club Med (4–23 months) and Petit Club Med (2–3 years) are available at extra charge.
Freshwater overflow pool with two swimming areas. Deckchairs, parasols, and showers. The central activity hub — aqua aerobics, water polo, and G.O.-organized pool games run here daily. Floating toys available. Family-oriented but all ages welcome.
Separate, supervised, shallow pool for Baby Club Med, Petit Club Med, and Mini Club Med participants. Shallow throughout, specifically designed for small children. Parental supervision required.
Adults only (18+). Quiet atmosphere — no organized activities, no children. Unlimited included drinks from the dedicated Zen Pool Bar. The most useful amenity for couples or adult travelers who want pool time without the family-resort ambient noise.
Adjacent to the spa. Outdoor, adults-only. Deckchairs, parasols. Free for guests who have booked spa treatments. Not generally accessible to all guests without a treatment booking.
Direct resort access from the rooms to the beach — the Nusa Dua beachfront positioning is the site's most practical feature. White sand, calm waves (quieter than any northern Bali beach), and a long stretch of private-access shoreline shared with the other Nusa Dua resort enclave properties. Beach yoga, kayaking, SUP, and snorkeling all operate from the sand. The calm wave conditions are specifically useful for families with young children. Nusa Dua's water conditions are consistently rated safer for swimming than Kuta or Legian.
Ocean equipment provided from the beach. Safety assessment required before snorkeling — a brief swim test. Outrigger canoes available alongside standard kayaks.
SUP lessons included. Sailing instruction available. Nusa Dua's calmer waters make this a good beginner environment for both.
Included. Nusa Dua has consistent afternoon winds — better than the sheltered bays that can be too calm for windsurfing.
Group lessons and court access included. Padel (a hybrid of tennis and squash played in an enclosed court) is a newer addition to the Club Med activity portfolio.
Team games organized by the G.O. staff. Casual or competitive levels.
Group lessons included. One of the more unusual inclusions for an all-inclusive. The G.O. instructors are professional in delivery and make beginners feel capable quickly.
The Club Med signature activity — group lessons for adults and children (Little Circus program for kids). Includes professional instruction and safety harness. Not available at most resorts at any price. A primary reason guests specifically choose Club Med.
Casual and competitive options throughout the day.
Dedicated pitches and courts. Organized or self-directed.
Weight and cardio room. Multiple daily group classes: Yoga (morning, water, and sunset beach variants), Aqua Aerobics, High Intensity Training, and Training Soft. The varied yoga schedule — three different formats — is a notable offering.
Included. G.O. staff run a full activity schedule: Little Circus (mini trapeze), windsurfing, flying trapeze, cookery lessons, nature activities, arts and crafts, dancing, and evening shows. Operating hours roughly 8:30 AM–4:45 PM and 6:30–8:45 PM.
Included. Themed games, volleyball multinet, kayaking relays, and creative workshops. Structured peer group with dedicated G.O.s.
Included. Exclusive social spaces, laser tag, paddle races, movie nights, and beach parties. The program specifically addresses the challenge of keeping teenagers engaged at a family resort.
Spectacular evening shows blending traditional Balinese dance with contemporary choreography, performed by G.O.s and children from the clubs. Consistently cited as a highlight in reviews.
Late-evening disco, special themed events, and structured family participation shows.
Traditional Balinese cooking demonstrations including the Petit Chef Program for kids. Balinese dance instruction in traditional style. Cultural programming anchored in local practice rather than generic 'exotic' performance.
Basic Bahasa Indonesian language instruction. Balinese massage cultural immersion class teaching traditional techniques.
Extra charge. Sensory play, mini-explorations, and supervised care by trained childcare professionals. Baby Corner in main restaurant and 24-hour feeding rooms.
Extra charge. Outdoor and indoor activities, arts and crafts, group games, water sports introduction, and beach time for toddlers.
Extra charge. Bali's dive sites accessible from Nusa Dua include reef diving and seasonal manta ray encounters.
Extra charge. Bali's surf beaches are not in Nusa Dua — excursions to surf spots require transport. Kuta and Seminyak breaks are 30–45 minutes away.
Extra charge for full rounds at nearby courses. The on-site 6-hole golf practice course and group lessons are included.
Extra charge. Waterfalls, temples (Tanah Lot, Uluwatu), rice terraces (Tegalalang), cultural shows, safari adventures, and Nusa Penida cruises. The Bali island excursion program is extensive — cultural attractions accessible from Nusa Dua within a day trip.
