The signature category: two distinct outdoor spaces (beach-level terrace and elevated rooftop pool) with Caribbean Sea views. The rooftop plunge pool makes this the most coveted room type.
Cenote
1,023 sq ft. Overlooks the resort's on-site Mayan cenote. Spacious balconies or terraces. King bed. 2 guests maximum. The cenote view is unique — no other all-inclusive property in the Riviera Maya has suites positioned to look over a natural cenote.
Private gardens/river waterways
1,130 sq ft. Private gardens and river waterway views within an enclosed courtyard. King bed. 2 guests maximum. The most garden-private category — enclosed courtyard design blocks outside sightlines. Described as a haven of privacy, which is accurate for the layout.
Oceanfront
3,821 sq ft. Oceanfront. Multiple bedrooms, expansive living spaces, direct beach access, private terraces. Maximum 6 guests. The property's group accommodation for larger parties. The scale is a different league from the other categories — appropriate for multi-couple travel.
