Italian
Italian à la carte with a wood-fired oven for pizzas and handmade pasta. H Award winner. Evening only, 7–10:30 PM. Smart casual dress required (men: no shorts, sandals, or sleeveless shirts). Reservations required; non-Premium guests have limited access based on stay length. The wood-fired oven produces noticeably better pizza than most resort Italian restaurants — worth one of your allocated reservations.
Signature dishes: Homemade-style pizzas, Pastas, Lasagna
Spanish
Spanish cuisine with live background music, 7–10:30 PM. H Award winner. Paella is the signature and the correct order here — it takes time to prepare properly so order it early. Gazpacho and lamb chops round out a menu that's more curated than typical resort Spanish fare. Same dress code as El Capri.
Signature dishes: Traditional paella, Refreshing gazpacho, Lamb chop
Japanese
Japanese à la carte with sea views of Mismaloya Bay, open 6–10:30 PM. H Award winner. Sushi bar, sashimi, and tempura are the core menu — celiac and vegetarian options available with advance notice. The relaxed dress code (Bermuda shorts and polo shirt acceptable) makes it more accessible for families who didn't pack formal attire.
Signature dishes: Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura
Meat and Seafood Grill
Oceanfront outdoor seating with direct views of Mismaloya Bay. H Award winner. Surf and turf focus — fresh seafood and premium cuts grilled to order. The outdoor position makes it the most atmospheric dinner option on property, particularly at sunset. Reservations required and limited by length of stay. Worth prioritizing.
Signature dishes: Surf and turf specialties, Juicy cuts of meat, Fresh seafood
International Buffet
Main buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. International spread including Mexican regional dishes. No reservations needed. The buffet's Mexican station is the standout — more authentic than typical resort versions.
Signature dishes: Wide variety of international cuisine, Themed dinners (Spanish, Italian, Oriental, Seafood, Prime Rib, Mexican)
Snacks, Casual Buffet
Poolside snacks and light meals during the day. Burgers, sandwiches, and quick bites without changing out of swimwear. Casual, no reservation needed.
