Reservation availability is limited per stay by guest category; book via the resort app the moment you arrive. The buffet, Las Dalias, gets unusually strong marks — themed nights by country and live cooking stations make it more interesting than the category average. The Orquídea gourmet restaurant at the top of the building is worth booking for a special dinner.

Gourmet experimental cuisine, dinner only, top floor. Panoramic views of Samaná Bay make this the most atmospherically distinctive meal on the property. Menu runs to beef carpaccio with berry and parmesan, 'Sea and Land' combinations, and lamb mignons with ratatouille. Reservation required; limited à la carte dinners per stay. The views alone justify the booking.
