Exceptional Staff
The hotel staff, especially at reception and the entertainment team, receive overwhelming praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentive service. Their dedication significantly enhances the guest experience.
All-Inclusive Food Variety
Many guests appreciate the good variety and quality of food offered in the all-inclusive program, with meals often described as delicious and perfect. Themed dinners and local cuisine add to the appeal.
Cleanliness & Comfort
The rooms are frequently noted for their cleanliness and comfortable beds, contributing to a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning and towel changes are generally consistent.
Family Entertainment
The hotel provides well-received entertainment programs for both adults and children, including evening shows and engaging daily activities, making it a great choice for families.
Inconsistent Wi-Fi
A frequent point of frustration is the poor quality and inconsistency of the Wi-Fi, which is often slow or requires additional charges for reliable access. Guests should be prepared for potential connectivity issues.
Air Conditioning Performance
During warmer months, guests often report issues with the air conditioning in rooms, citing poor performance or complete failure. This can significantly impact comfort in hot weather.
All-Inclusive Drink Quality
Some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the all-inclusive alcoholic drinks, describing them as 'not so great.' Those preferring premium beverages may want to budget for extras.
Food Repetition & Quality
While often praised, some guests find the food quality 'medium' or repetitive over longer stays, particularly noting poor coffee and machine-dispensed juices. Variety can also feel limited after several days.
Crowded Pool & Early Lounger Reservations
The pool area can become crowded, and sun loungers are frequently reserved very early in the morning by other guests, making it challenging to find a spot later in the day.

AluaSun Continental Park's main argument is geography: the hotel sits a two-minute walk from Playa de Muro, a 7-kilometer stretch of fine white sand on Mallorca's north coast, and directly borders S'Albufera Natural Park. That combination of beach quality and natural-reserve access is genuinely rare for an all-inclusive property on the island, and it's the single strongest reason to choose this resort over Alcudia alternatives.
Families with children aged 4–17 are the target guest. The Mini Club for younger kids and a dedicated Teen Club for 13-to-17-year-olds both run daily, and the evening entertainment program leans toward participation-based shows rather than passive spectacle. Couples without children can have a comfortable stay, but the property makes no particular effort to carve out adult-only space, and high summer will feel distinctly family-oriented. If that's not what you want, the adults-recommended AluaSun Lago Rojo in Torremolinos is a better brand option.
The honest limitation here is the all-inclusive program itself. Guest feedback on drinks quality is consistently critical — expect local spirits and machine-dispensed juices rather than premium offerings. Air conditioning reliability is also a recurring complaint in warmer months, and the lodge's Wi-Fi is widely described as inadequate outside the lobby area. The buffet food is described as decent but repetitive on stays longer than a week.
The property has 190 rooms and apartments spread across standard double rooms (roughly 35 sq m), studios with kitchens, superior doubles, and one-bedroom apartments (40 sq m). Airport transfer from Palma (PMI) runs 55–65 km and takes around 75 minutes depending on traffic — book in advance rather than relying on ad-hoc taxis. The resort is open seasonally; shoulder-season stays in May or September offer fewer crowds, lower prices, and the beach almost to yourself.
Comparable properties on this stretch include the Aparthotel Muro Beach and several independent self-catering options in Playa de Muro village. If the S'Albufera park is on your itinerary, cycling into the reserve takes under 10 minutes from the hotel — ask the front desk about bike hire operators nearby.
