Spacious Rooms
Reviewers frequently commend the generous size, cleanliness, and comfortable nature of the guest rooms, with some enjoying the modern walk-in showers.
Inconsistent Dinner Quality
While breakfast is a highlight, the dinner buffet can be a letdown, often described as poor, lacking variety, or resembling a canteen-style meal.
Sun Lounger Scarcity
A common frustration is the insufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool area, making it difficult to find a spot during peak times.
Limited All-Inclusive
Guests note that the standard all-inclusive package is restrictive, with many premium drinks and cocktails incurring extra charges, suggesting a basic offering.
External Noise
Despite the hotel's calm interior, its location in a vibrant area means that noise from surrounding bars and music can occasionally be heard, particularly at night.
Dietary Cross-Contamination
There have been reports of cross-contamination during food preparation, such as bacon being cooked on the same grill as eggs, posing a concern for guests with specific dietary needs.

AluaSoul Costa Adeje is effectively a new hotel. A complete transformation completed in 2024 replaced an older property with modern rooms, renovated public spaces, and a new brand identity under the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. The early post-renovation reviews are positive on the physical product — spacious rooms, walk-in showers, 49-inch Smart TVs in My Favourite Club categories — while also flagging gaps in the food and sun lounger situation that the renovation didn't address.
The location is the clearest asset: La Pinta Beach is 200 meters from the front gate, and Fañabé Beach is an 8-minute walk in the other direction. These are among the best beaches in the Costa Adeje resort corridor — golden sand, calm shallow water, and Puerto Colón marina adjacent with water sports operators. The surrounding area has independent restaurants, bars, and the Magma Arte & Congresos within easy reach — making this more of an urban-adjacent resort than a secluded retreat.
As part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, the resort carries brand standards around room quality and service consistency. The My Favourite Club tier adds exclusive rooftop access, a dedicated lounge (10:30–21:00), welcome minibar, and private check-in and check-out. These are meaningful perks in a Costa Adeje context where pool and dining space can become pressured in peak season.
The honest limitation: dinner at the main buffet is the most common complaint, with guests describing it as canteen-style, with limited variety and occasionally overcooked food. The sun lounger situation around the pool is also persistently flagged — there are not enough, leading to early-morning towel-claiming behavior. Wi-Fi inconsistency in rooms is another recurring issue. The standard all-inclusive package covers local brand spirits only — premium drinks and most cocktails cost extra.
Practically: 226 rooms across nine categories, from 258 sq ft base doubles to 750 sq ft two-bedroom ocean-view suites. One outdoor pool plus a paid indoor spa pool. Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is 18–20km, 14–20 minutes by car. The tourist eco-tax applies.
