Dining Guide for Allegro Palma Real

The main buffet (Flamboyán) serves all three meals and covers international and Cuban dishes, but repetition and blandness are the most common guest complaints. Two specialty à la carte restaurants (Oriental and Italian) provide variety but require reservations. The bar program is a genuine highlight — mojitos, daiquiris, and Cuban classics are made well here, and the swim-up bar is popular.
