Al Maha's dining program is fully inclusive for meals and non-alcoholic beverages across five outlets, but in practice the property has one primary restaurant (Al Diwaan), with in-villa dining, a dune experience, and two bars rounding out the options. For a two-night stay the variety is fine; for four or five nights, the limited rotation becomes noticeable. Portions at the five-course dinner are on the small side — pace yourself through lunch.
