Hilton just revealed one of the most aggressive resort expansion quarters in its history, with 14 new properties set to open between April and June 2026. The wave spans eight countries and includes some of the brand's most anticipated debuts.

The headline opener is the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, arriving in April after a comprehensive renovation of the iconic beachfront property. The rebrand introduces Hilton's premium Signia tier, adding a Club Signia experience with upgraded amenities, a renovated infinity pool deck, and a new beach club and spa.

Greece gets four new Hilton properties in one go. The Conrad Athens The Ilisian brings 307 rooms with Acropolis views and nine dining venues. On Corfu, a 136-room Conrad opens with private-pool villas and a Michelin-starred chef partnership. Santorini gets the Sandblu LXR Hotels & Resorts — the luxury brand's first Greek property — with 66 rooms overlooking Kamari beach. And Crete welcomes the Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa, an 85-room seafront property with a rooftop pool club.

The expansion reaches into Asia-Pacific too. The Canopy by Hilton Okinawa Miyako Island Resort opens in April with 306 rooms, while Thailand gets three new properties including the Nivata Koh Samui on Thong Tanote Beach and the Kahavadi Chiang Rai along the Kok River. Portugal's Algarve coast adds the Casa de Sada Beach Resort under Hilton's Curio Collection.

Hilton is also wrapping up major renovations. Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, an LXR Hotels & Resorts property, will finish its full 462-room redesign by summer, with guest rooms ready in April and a signature restaurant and spa opening in June.

The burst of activity cements Hilton as one of the most active resort developers heading into peak travel season.
