This Design-Forward Tulum Resort Just Went All-Inclusive — and It Looks Nothing Like You'd Expect

Hilton's luxury Conrad brand has officially entered the all-inclusive space at one of Tulum's most design-conscious resorts. Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya now offers a comprehensive all-inclusive package, making it one of the first luxury properties in the Riviera Maya to merge high-end architecture and destination dining with the convenience of an all-inclusive stay.

The package includes unlimited dining across the resort's restaurant portfolio, which features Autor, a Michelin Guide-recognized tasting-menu concept built around regional ingredients, along with Maratea for Mediterranean seafood, Ukai for Japanese robata and sushi, and Kengai for pan-Asian flavors. Premium cocktails, 24-hour in-room dining, a stocked minibar, wellness programming, watersports, and roundtrip airport transfers are all included.

What makes this notable is the approach. Conrad Tulum was built as a luxury a la carte property, with low-slung architecture threaded through dense jungle, reflecting pools, and open-air corridors framing the Caribbean. The restaurants were already functioning as standalone destination dining concepts before the all-inclusive option arrived. The new package simply folds them into a single pricing structure.

The move reflects a broader shift across Mexico and the Caribbean, where luxury travelers increasingly want the simplicity of all-inclusive pricing without sacrificing elevated dining and design. Brands like Hyatt Inclusive Collection and Hilton All-Inclusive Resorts have been pushing the category upmarket for years, and Conrad's entry signals that even the highest-end hotel brands now see the model as viable.

The Summer All-Inclusive package is available for bookings made by September 30 for stays through October 31, with a minimum three-night stay required. Children under 12 stay free.
