Beautiful Boutique Property
Guests consistently praise the lush tropical garden setting, attractive pool area, and the intimate boutique atmosphere. The recent renovation created a genuinely appealing, modern Caribbean aesthetic.
Spacious, Well-Appointed Suites
Rooms receive strong marks for their natural-toned decor, comfortable beds, large walk-in showers, and premium amenities like Le Labo products, Nespresso machines, and daily sparkling wine.
Dreams Curacao Access
The ability to use the adjacent Dreams resort's beach, restaurants, casino, and facilities is frequently cited as a major benefit that significantly enhances the overall experience.
Quiet, Peaceful Atmosphere
The resort's tranquil vibe appeals to couples and wellness seekers. With most entertainment at Dreams, Zoetry remains a genuine retreat for those who want to unplug and relax.
Excellent Dive Opportunities
Curacao's world-class diving accessible via the on-site PADI dive center is a standout, with the Reef Renewal coral restoration program adding a unique, purpose-driven experience.
Inconsistent Service Quality
The most common complaint across all review platforms. Guests report slow food service (sometimes 1-2 hour waits), inattentive staff, and disorganized operations, though some individual employees receive praise.
Limited Dining Options
With only two on-site restaurants and limited menus, guests on stays longer than 3-4 nights find the culinary offerings repetitive. Many rely on Dreams Curacao restaurants for variety.
No Direct Beach Access
The resort is not beachfront -- reaching Parasasa Beach requires a golf cart ride to Dreams Curacao. Some guests find this inconvenient, especially compared to competitors with private beaches.
Value Concerns
At premium pricing, a significant number of reviewers feel the experience does not deliver luxury-level value, particularly given the service inconsistencies and limited on-site amenities.
Quiet Evenings
The resort is very quiet after dark with minimal on-site entertainment. Guests seeking nightlife or evening activities must go to Dreams Curacao or leave the property entirely.

Hyatt
Zoëtry Curaçao occupies the site of the former Floris Suite Hotel, originally built in 1969 — a property with four decades of history on Piscadera Bay before its 2020–21 renovation and relaunch under the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. The low-rise buildings wrapped in mature palms and tropical foliage give the property a garden-sanctuary character that newly-built resorts can't replicate.
At 72 suites, Zoëtry Curaçao is small enough that the Endless Privileges all-inclusive feels genuinely premium rather than formulaic. The package includes unlimited à la carte dining and premium spirits, daily sparkling wine and fresh fruit delivered to the room, Le Labo bath amenities, three-times-daily housekeeping, flexible check-in/out, and complimentary laundry per stay. The laundry inclusion is a practical differentiator for guests on longer stays.
The most significant practical point: Zoëtry Curaçao is not directly on a swimmable beach. Parasasa Beach is at the adjacent Dreams Curaçao property — a golf cart ride away. Guests have full access to Dreams' beach, pools, casino, kids club, and restaurants as part of the Endless Privileges benefit. In practice, guests who want beach time walk or golf-cart over to Dreams; guests who want the garden sanctuary experience stay at Zoëtry.
Service consistency is the property's most cited weakness. While individual staff members are praised, slow food and drink service — particularly at the two on-site restaurants — appears frequently across reviews. Waits of one to two hours at Bloom and Botanica during peak times are mentioned by multiple guests. Using Dreams' restaurants for dinner variety is both a benefit and a practical workaround for the service pace issue.
