Tabaiba Princess's main selling point is pool infrastructure. Nine pools — four adult pools (two heated in winter), one adults-only (18+) heated pool, two heated children's pools, and two water park pools — give a property of 409 rooms meaningful variety. The Caribbean-inspired pool landscape with tropical gardens and an artificial beach area creates a self-contained water environment that keeps families on property for days without needing to leave for the actual beach.
This is a good choice for families where different members want different things: parents seeking a quieter adults-only pool while kids are at the water park, or groups mixing couples and families who want to share a resort without being on top of each other. The shared facility access with adjacent Maspalomas Princess effectively doubles the amenity pool without proportionally increasing the crowd density.
The distance to the real beach is the key caveat: Maspalomas Beach — one of the great beaches in the Canary Islands, with dramatic sand dunes adjacent — is 1.5 to 2 km away, a 20-minute walk or a short taxi. Guests who plan to spend primary time at the beach rather than the pool need to factor in this logistics question. The artificial on-site beach is a partial substitute but not equivalent to the real thing.
