The overall cleanliness of the resort, including its pristine pools and well-maintained gardens, receives consistent positive remarks from visitors.
Prime Location & Beach
The resort's beachfront access along the Red Sea and its convenient, short transfer time from the airport are highly appreciated, often described as 'second to none'.
Service Consistency
Some guests noted occasional inconsistencies in service quality, particularly concerning shuttle efficiency and the responsiveness of the 'personal assistant' system, falling short of typical Rixos standards.
Comfort & Pool Hours
Concerns were raised about mattresses being too hard for some preferences and the relatively early closing time of the pools (16:30) which disappointed families.
Environmental Factors
The resort's location can be windy, and its proximity to the airport occasionally results in audible aircraft noise, which some guests found notable.

TripAdvisor
Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh completed a full renovation and reopened in November 2023, establishing itself as one of the largest and most comprehensively equipped ultra all-inclusive resorts on the Sinai Peninsula. The resort operates across multiple buildings (Tirana, Blue Planet, and Beach Side) with up to 1,642 rooms—a scale that requires planning if you want to minimize walking between your room and the facilities you use most.
The dining program is the strongest argument for this property over other large Sharm resorts: 14 à la carte dinner restaurants include Italian, Indian, Mexican, Brazilian churrascaria, Japanese, Turkish, and more. For guests staying a week or longer, this variety genuinely matters. The quality is consistently praised in guest reviews. TUI cites a total of 20 restaurants and bars.
Families are central to the design philosophy. The Rixy Kids Club is described in marketing materials as 'city-sized' and the description is not entirely hyperbolic: the club includes themed interactive areas (police station, fire station, cooking academy, acting school), a dedicated Rixy Kids Restaurant operating 7 AM–2 AM (with short breaks), and extensive outdoor playgrounds. This is one of the more substantial kids' club operations in Egyptian all-inclusives.
The beach is private sandy-rocky Red Sea coastline with complimentary loungers and a jetty for walking. A complimentary shuttle runs between buildings and the beach—the resort's scale means this shuttle is genuinely necessary. Sharm El Sheikh Airport (SSH) is 6 km away, a 6–10 minute drive, which is one of the shortest airport transfers in Egypt's resort circuit.
