Saadiyat Island is Abu Dhabi's arts and culture district—home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi—but Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is there for a different reason: it's the only true ultra all-inclusive beach resort on the island. The 378-room property (366 rooms and 12 exclusive villas) opened in 2018 on a private stretch of Arabian Gulf beach where Hawksbill sea turtles nest seasonally.
The resort's position in the Abu Dhabi luxury market is specific: it offers a comprehensive all-inclusive program (including premium international alcohol, unusual in the region) in an Ottoman palace-inspired building on a family-friendly beach with an aqua park. Roller skate pool service—a signature Rixos novelty—runs on weekends. The adults-only pool provides a quieter alternative to the main family areas.
Families are the primary audience. The Rixy Kids Club (4–12 years), a dedicated children's pool with waterslides, and an aqua park with a wave pool give younger guests more than enough to do.
