Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas arrived on Hurghada's Red Sea coast in March 2021 with a specific positioning: no standard rooms at all. Every accommodation category starts at suite level, and the range extends up to executive villas and a Royal Villa with private pool. The 30 pools across the property—nine distinct pool types including heated options—give the aquatic offering a scale that most Hurghada competitors can't match.
The resort is best suited for couples and upmarket families who want the full Red Sea experience (the 1 km private beach with clear snorkeling water is genuine) alongside a resort-contained vacation with high food variety. The seven à la carte restaurants, all included in the ultra all-inclusive rate, cover Brazilian, Turkish, Mediterranean, seafood, Asian, and more—significantly more diversity than Hurghada's typical all-inclusive scene. The Lagoon Swim-up Suites are a particular selling point for guests who want resort-forward luxury rather than city hotel territory.
Hurghada International Airport (HRG) is 7 km away—transfers take 10–20 minutes, which is one of the shortest in Egypt's resort towns. That convenience matters if you're arriving on a late flight or departing early.
The main limitation is typical for Hurghada: the Red Sea water here is excellent for snorkeling and diving, but this isn't the Maldives for pristine beach aesthetics. The private beach has a large underwater net to keep large fish out of the swimming area, which is practically useful but worth knowing. Families with under-4s should note the kids' club starts at age 1.
