Outstanding Staff
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff as super friendly, attentive, and making everyone feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.
Exceptional Location
The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with direct access to the promenade, offering stunning sea views and sunsets, while being steps away from San Antonio's vibrant amenities.
Delicious & Varied Cuisine
The all-inclusive buffet, especially for breakfast and dinner, is highly commended for its delicious food, extensive variety, and engaging show-cooking stations.
Lively Entertainment
The hotel maintains a buzzing atmosphere with a vibrant pool area, daily entertainment, live music, and foam parties, ensuring a fun and relaxing experience.
Adults-Only Retreat
The adults-only concept provides a serene and laid-back environment, appreciated by guests seeking relaxation, yet still offers plenty of engaging activities.
Dated Room Condition
A recurring concern is that many rooms and hotel furniture appear old, worn out, or in need of renovation, particularly in bathrooms, which can impact the perceived value.
Potential for Noise
Due to its central location on the lively promenade, guests occasionally report noise from street-facing rooms and around the bustling pool area.
Standard All-Inclusive Drinks
While drinks are plentiful, the all-inclusive program primarily features local or 'imitation' brand alcoholic beverages, with premium brands costing extra.
Value for Older Rooms
Some guests feel the hotel, especially unrenovated rooms, is overpriced for the condition provided, questioning the overall value for money.

Tripadvisor
Palladium Hotel Palmyra's main advantage is pure location: it sits directly on the San Antonio Bay promenade, which means the island's famous sunset strip and its bars, restaurants, and café terraces are on foot from the front door. For guests who want to participate in Ibiza's evening scene without renting a car or booking taxis, this access is the real reason to choose Palmyra over more isolated all-inclusive properties on the island.
This is an adults-only property and draws couples in the 25–45 range who want the all-inclusive cost-control of a package deal but want to dip into San Antonio's independent dining scene in the evenings. Guests who want a fully contained resort experience with multiple à la carte restaurants, a comprehensive spa, and total seclusion will be disappointed — the property's dining is anchored by a single buffet restaurant, and the Heavens Garden rooftop lounge is the main evening social space.
Age of the physical plant is the honest issue. The hotel opened in 1964 and despite a 2015 renovation, guest reviews regularly flag rooms that appear tired — dated furniture, chipped bathroom grout, and aging bathtubs in some categories. The sea-view rooms are in better condition than the inland-facing ones. This is not a property where the room itself is a feature.
The resort runs approximately 300 rooms across ten room categories from single rooms up to the Master Suite. The beachfront location at San Antonio Bay gives direct access to the promenade and s'Arenal de San Antonio beach. Ibiza Airport is 19–25 kilometers away, typically 20–30 minutes by taxi. Cala Bassa — one of Ibiza's best beaches — is about 10 minutes by boat or 20 minutes by road.
