Divi Dutch Village's main argument is the Divi all-inclusive network. The MEGA All-Inclusive package connects guests to 15 restaurants, 12 bars, and 11 pools across four Divi resorts in Aruba — Dutch Village, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, Divi Aruba All-Inclusive, and Tamarijn Aruba. For guests who want dining variety without staying at a single large mega-resort, this is a legitimate approach. The resort itself is smaller and quieter than Palm Beach-facing properties, with Druif Beach right outside and Eagle Beach a short walk away.
This property suits families, couples, and guests who want the MEGA all-inclusive experience but prefer a lower-density base. The full kitchen in every suite changes the economics of a longer Aruba stay — use the large grocery store a short walk away to self-cater breakfasts and save the all-inclusive credits for dinners at Windows on Aruba or BarTapas. Guests looking for a large on-property entertainment scene, nightly shows, or a swim-up bar at their own resort should know that Dutch Village's on-site amenities are modest compared to the full Divi network it connects to via shuttle.
The honest problem: some rooms are dated. The 2017 renovation covered much of the property but not all units equally. Guest reviews note that certain rooms have worn furniture and older kitchen fixtures. When booking, ask specifically for a post-2017 renovated unit, and confirm the kitchen condition — not all units are at the same standard.
Practically: 123 rooms and suites, 3.5-star, 9–15 minutes from Queen Beatrix Airport. Druif Beach is softer and less crowded than Palm Beach. Three pools on property (one with a swim-up bar), with access to additional pools at sister resorts via complimentary shuttle. The Signature All-Inclusive includes a daily 9-hole golf round at The Links at Divi Aruba (before 3pm).
