Sun Siyam Vilu Reef Sets Two Venue Debuts for Its Anniversary

Sun Siyam Vilu Reef has set October 28 to 30, 2026, for anniversary celebrations marking the official debut of YAYA Beach Club and Tuscany, its Italian restaurant. The newly detailed programme combines visiting performers, chef-led dinners and wellness sessions as the Maldivian resort turns 28.

For guests already travelling this week, the useful distinction is between the new venues and their opening events. The beach club and restaurant are additions to the resort experience; the visiting artists and workshops belong to a specific three-day calendar.

What happens at the two opening venues?

YAYA's October 28 opening is scheduled to feature The Flag Twins and DJ Abee. Tuscany's opening dinner follows that evening with visiting chef Fatjon Goga. The resort also lists a performance by vocalist Zhu Zhihao and a later DJ session.

On October 29, Goga is due to lead an interactive pasta masterclass and dinner. The programme continues on October 30 with a Tuscany breakfast, a YAYA pool party and a culinary storytelling evening. Guests with a particular event in mind should request the running order before setting dinner or excursion plans.

Is there a quieter side to the anniversary?

The schedule also includes sound healing, yoga and slow-living activities, with stand-up paddleboard yoga among the final day's options. That gives the celebrations a broader range than an evening entertainment programme alone.

It also makes villa location worth discussing. Someone booking for the music may value easy access to the social venues, while a guest prioritising early nights should ask how the event layout relates to the accommodation they are considering. The announcement does not map noise levels across the island.
