Lopesan Hotel Group has expanded its footprint in Punta Cana in a single stroke, opening three new all-inclusive resorts on the same day in the Dominican Republic. The three properties came online May 1, sharing one of the Caribbean's busiest beach corridors and a connected complex of amenities.

The most family-focused of the trio is Lopesan Splash Cove, a 244-room resort built around a water-centric leisure concept with swim-out rooms and water-park-view accommodations. It is joined by Lopesan Caoba Lagoon, designed around a cenote-style lagoon setting, and an adults-only retreat aimed at travelers who want a quieter stay within the same footprint.

What ties them together is access. Guests at any of the three can use the full Lopesan Costa Bavaro complex, including its signature Boulevard, an open-air walkable strip with dining, a rum bar, a bowling alley, and entertainment, plus a casino. The pitch is range under one operator: families, couples, and adults-only travelers can each find a tailored property while sharing the larger resort city.

The location helps. Splash Cove sits about 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, one of the most-trafficked gateways in the Caribbean, which keeps transfer times short for the family travelers the property is courting.

The opening adds to an unusually crowded year for Punta Cana, which has absorbed several major all-inclusive debuts in 2026. For Lopesan, launching three properties at once is a bid to scale up quickly in a destination where competition for beachfront and airlift has only intensified.
