Fortuna of Cappadocia, Autograph Collection has opened in Uchisar, one of the highest vantage points in Turkey's Cappadocia region, known for its dramatic rock formations, fairy chimneys and cave-carved history.

The property joins Autograph Collection, Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio of more than 300 independent hotels chosen for their individual character. It brings 125 rooms and suites plus 28 private villas built for guests who want more space and seclusion above the valleys.

Dining spans five venues, led by all-day restaurant Fortuna Table and the signature Le Dome bar, alongside a lobby lounge and a seasonal rooftop perch called Fortuna Terrace. A spa and wellness center covering more than 1,000 square meters includes a traditional Turkish hammam.

Cappadocia has become one of Turkey's most sought-after destinations, largely on the strength of its sunrise hot-air balloon flights and otherworldly landscape. A branded, design-led hotel with a villa component signals how international operators are moving into a market long dominated by boutique cave hotels, betting that travelers will pay for global loyalty perks without giving up the region's distinctive sense of place.
