Enchantment Resort Closes Che Ah Chi as Its Dining Plans Change
Enchantment Resort lists Che Ah Chi’s closure from October 19, with new dining concepts planned for 2027. Here are the alternatives for a Sedona stay.
Enchantment Resort has listed October 19, 2026 as the closure date for Che Ah Chi while it transforms its dining experiences. The Boynton Canyon resort in Sedona says new concepts are planned for 2027, but has not named an exact debut date.
That matters if a canyon-view dinner at Che Ah Chi was part of the reason for your trip. The resort’s notice identifies a restaurant transition; it does not announce a closure of the whole property.
Where can guests eat during the change?
The resort lists Tii Gavo, The Edge, The Market, in-room dining and Hummingbird at sister property Mii amo as alternatives. Tii Gavo serves Southwestern-inspired food, while The Market provides breakfast and lunch bites. The Edge is a poolside option.
Hummingbird requires an advance reservation for Enchantment guests. Arrange that before planning a special evening around it, and confirm hours and availability directly for the other venues.
Should you wait for the new restaurants?
If Che Ah Chi itself is essential to your stay, the published 2027 timeframe is not enough to choose replacement dates confidently. Ask for details before moving a reservation. If your priority is the canyon setting and outdoor activities, check the available dining choices against your plans instead. No replacement menus, venue names or firm reopening day have been announced in the closure notice.
