Four Seasons is heading to Seville. The luxury brand announced a partnership with Spanish real estate firm Blasson to open a 55-room hotel on Plaza Nueva, one of the city's most prominent public squares, with a planned opening in 2028.

The property will occupy a mid-20th-century landmark building in the Arenal Quarter, undergoing a full revitalization that preserves its original character while adding the brand's signature touches. Madrid-based Lamela will lead architecture, with interiors by AD100 designer Belen Domecq.

Rooms will range from 430 to 1,260 square feet, including a Presidential Suite. The hotel will feature rooftop terraces with skyline views across the historic center — a city where the Alcazar, Cathedral, and Plaza de Espana draw millions of visitors annually.

The move deepens Four Seasons' footprint in Spain, where the brand already operates in Madrid and has properties planned in Mallorca. Seville has emerged as one of southern Europe's fastest-growing luxury destinations, attracting brands like Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, and Aman in recent years.

For Four Seasons, the Seville project fits a broader pattern: smaller, design-driven urban hotels in culturally rich cities where wealthy travelers are spending more time. With just 55 rooms, the property signals an intimate approach rather than the large-scale resort model the brand is known for elsewhere.
